Chocolate Cake w/chocolate dipped strawberries in chocolate straw.

Chocolate sponge cake LOG w/whipped cream center surrounded with chocolate mice and fudge filled mushrooms.

3 Layer 9" Strawberry Cake with fudge frosting between each layer then frosted with whip cream icing and 

covered with strawberry puree, topped with a fresh strawberry and surrounded with 8 huge chocolate dip 

strawberries.  $18.50 ( when berries are in season ).

Most of the items on the price list below can be made with one days notice. The Cheese Cake needs 2 days ( I like to let it set 24 hours before un-molding it.) The 11" Tarts are made with a double recipe of filling and serves 12-16. We can make most any cake you would like. The list below is just a few of the cakes we make. We have a variety of cakes and other sweets available in the restaurant daily. We also make cookies from my own recipes ( you have got to try the "stupid cookie" ) , "the best" brownies with toasted pecans , and  candies, a few times a year I make caramel apples ( I make my own caramel ) .The apples are covered with my homemade caramel and dipped in other toppings . Each one is over 1 pound, some over 1 1/2 pounds.
